 FARMED OSETRA from France 
Osetra caviar is a large grain caviar. It has a more fruity or nutty flavor than Beluga, and varies in color from golden yellow to brown. Refrigerator fresh for two weeks unopened.
 FRESH RED SALMON ROE 
Translucent red roe, almost orange in color, with a mild, slightly salty flavor. Can be refrigerated for 10 days.
 BLINIS 
Our Blini are hand made and prepared individually. Made from wheat flour, milk, eggs, vegetable oil & salt, these Russian Blini are an excellent compliment for our exquisite caviar. To prepare, simply place package in pot of boiling water, remove from heat and cover. Let sit for 5 minutes, remove bag from water, open and serve immediately. Available in dozen or half dozen packages.


 American Sturgeon Caviar 
Grey-black in color, this roe from American paddlefish has a salty, fresh flavor. The small grains are firm and succulent. Refrigerate two weeks without opening.
