Product of Morocco, Granadaisa sardines are available whole, boneless or skinless and boneless. These naturally delicious boneless, and skinless and boneless sardines are packed in olive oil. The plain sardines are packed in soya oil. Try all three. Fresh dough is mixed daily from sourdough starters prepared the day before. Rich layers of grated cheeses and distinctive seasonings are sandwiched between thin layers of sourdough, cut in strips, twisted, and baked twice to crunchy perfection. Cheesesticks come in 1/4 lb packages.
