Fresh dough is mixed daily from sourdough starters prepared the day before. Rich layers of grated cheeses and distinctive seasonings are sandwiched between thin layers of sourdough, cut in strips, twisted, and baked twice to crunchy perfection. Cheesesticks come in 1/4 lb packages.
