Western Nova Scotia Salmon

A leaner, saltier salmon, with a vibrant red glow. These wild Pacific salmon are
netted, cured, then smoked for a distinctive burst of flavor not soon to be
forgotten. Handsliced – can be refrigerated five to seven days, or frozen.
