Homemade Cheese Blintzes (pkg of 8)

Fresh crepes wrapped around sweet farmer cheese. Blintzes are packed in sets of 8. To prepare, place in pan with a table spoon of butter, brown blintzes on both sides for two minutes. Refrigerator fresh for 3 days, or may be frozen.
